With ever-lasting memories and the highly gratifying success of Communion’s first Growth Retreat a year ago in Rishikesh, we were thrilled to host the Growth Retreat 2.0 in Kolkata from February 8-10, 2024.
Armed with the experience and learnings from the previous retreat, this year provided even greater opportunities for participants to exchange learnings, share ideas, and expand their networks. The retreat empowered participants to advance on their journey of personal growth. The 3-day sojourn was an endeavor to support our niche community in pursuing growth beyond the personal sphere.
The retreat was meticulously planned and featured engaging fireside chats and talks led by leaders from diverse domains, including entrepreneurship, geopolitics, marketing, technology, well-being, sports, investment, corporate India, ecology, wildlife, and food.
The sessions were persuasive and impactful, while a rendezvous with Kolkata at iconic Trinca’s, with legendary artist Usha Uthup singing live exclusively for Communion family, was an experience like no other. Participants broke ice with each other over a twilight boat ride on the majestic Ganges, grooving to live music, cruising by city’s landmarks and witnessing the Aarti on the banks. Experiences outside the sessions allowed participants to unwind, and bond.
Participants and speakers also attended the launch of Sandeep’s book, ‘Finding The Oasis’ at The Bengal Club. The retreat strengthened the Communion community, fostering connections within and facilitating networking with business leaders from across India.
