About Sandeep
Sandeep Mall is a first-generation entrepreneur, Deep Health coach, mentor, wildlife photographer and author. Across business, health, nature and community, his work is guided by a single belief: that success is most meaningful when it is matched by a life of health, purpose and connection.
Sandeep is the founder and Managing Director of LNM Auto Industries Pvt Ltd, a 100% export-oriented company based in Delhi NCR that manufactures precision engineering components for the agriculture, mining, construction and automotive industries. The Government of India has twice recognised LNM Auto among the Top 100 MSMEs in the country, in 2016 and 2019.
His commitment to well-being began with his own health. Having rebuilt it, he set out to help others do the same. A Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified Master Coach with certifications in sleep, nutrition, stress management and recovery, Sandeep mentors entrepreneurs, CXOs and senior professionals across India through Deep Health workshops, personal coaching and speaking engagements. His approach addresses the whole person, from physical and mental health to emotional, relational and environmental well-being, built through small, consistent daily actions.
Beyond the boardroom, Sandeep is a passionate wildlife photographer whose work has been recognised nationally and internationally. Among his honours are India’s Best Wildlife Photographer from DJMPC in 2014 and National Winner at the ICICI Camaraderie awards in 2015. He is also the author of two books, Finding the Oasis and Rearview, and writes Good Vibes, a weekly newsletter on health, growth and joyful living.

In 2022, Sandeep founded Communion, an invitation-only community of entrepreneurs, business leaders and professionals who come together to share experiences, exchange ideas and grow alongside one another. The community meets each year at its Growth Retreat. Editions have been held in Rishikesh, Kolkata, Kanha and Pune, and the fifth takes place in Ahmedabad in December 2026.
Sandeep carries forward his family’s long tradition of community service through the Thakurdas Badrinarain Foundation. Its work spans scholarships for young women in management education, maternal healthcare, rural sanitation, animal welfare and wildlife conservation.
Sandeep has travelled to 42 countries, but family remains his anchor. He lives with four generations under one roof: his parents, his children and his grandchild. These bonds, together with a family heritage of enterprise and service, form the foundation of everything he does.
