Exercise of the Week

Six pack abs are useless if they don’t help you move better. This exercise will help you with both in moving better and gain some Perdy abs.
Start with the progression you feel most comfortable in and then gradually go on to the next ones when you feel you are ready. Don’t jump into the next progression from where you are until you have smooth control over the one you are at.
Do this for about a minute and you’ll feel your core burn up.
